I go by Mumzy! I do freelance art on the side of my full-time position, and I have been drawing for about 20 years. I have a Bachelors in Studio Arts, and I am hoping to get my work off the ground starting with commission work. Please view my social media for more examples of my work! Twitter is my most active platform, and you will likely see new work from there the most.

As the artist, I am obligated to decline any ideas that I am not comfortable with. This can include a personal discomfort with subject material, or discernment and capabilities. This can include subjects such as:✖ Full mechs / robotic characters
✖ Extremely detailed backgrounds
✖ Explicit NSFW content
✖ Excessive gore
✖ Copying styles that are not my
own
Subjects that I am comfortable with include and are not limited to:
✔ Furries / Anthropomorphic animals
✔ Regular animals (non-anthro)
✔ Humans / Humanoid figures
✔ Suggestive content (adults only)
✔ Light gore
✔ Ship art (Canon x Canon, OC x Canon, OC x OC, Crossover Ships)
These lists are subject to change given a case-by-case basis, but please feel free to ask up front if you have any questions! I am happy to discuss certain subjects and provide more examples if needed.

TIMELINE

Please expect a two-month turnaround at most as projects may vary. The timeline may be shortened or longer depending on the commission, so I say this on a case-by-case basis. This is to adhere to my full-time work schedule and other projects I may have on my plate. Please know that I do intend to provide updates as necessary, and if I foresee anything that may extend this timeline I will make sure you are properly notified.

PROCESS AND COMMUNICATION

Please provide as much reference material as you can. Artist interpretation is allowed, but the direction helps me especially! This includes, but is not limited to:- Character reference(s)
- Wardrobe
- Poses
- Heights (especially if multiple characters are included)
While everything above is not required for your request, any of these will help the process tremendously. I would also encourage including any extra information such as personality, a pinterest board, even playlists—share these characters with me so I can get a good idea!
You are welcome to provide updates to your request at any time during the process of the commission. I do ask that major changes are requested during the sketch process, and minor changes can be done through the lining and coloring. If you would like to request changes by the final product, I only ask that they are minor changes.
The final products will be delivered through Google Drive.I intend to communicate through the entire process with updates and questions. I will always ask for feedback during any showing and welcome any revisions as necessary. I am open to communicating through Twitter DMs, Discord, or my email.

RIGHTS, USAGE, AND CREDIT

I retain the original copyright of the original work, which includes and may not be limited to advertising on social media and including in my portfolio. Process work may be shown on Twitter or Instagram unless the client requests otherwise before the project begins. You, the client, are required to inform me if you would like your commission to be on social media. Please also let me know if you would like to remain anonymous if the work is decided to be posted online.Clients are granted exclusive rights to the final product for personal, non-commercial use. Personal use includes: profile pictures, signature, layouts, themes, wallpapers, social media posts, banners, physical prints and products that are not widely distributed for other parties or for sale.If you are commissioning for commercial use (this includes work for streams, illustration projects, advertising, or any monetized works that may be distributed for monetary value), please discuss this first during the requesting process.Clients may not claim their commissioned work to be their own or any parties that are not me. Please credit the real artist using my appropriate social media tags.
My work, no matter the client’s request, must not be used for AI (Artificial Intelligence, NFT, blockchain, or any profit platforms). This will be prohibited and may cause for legal action.

PAYMENT

Before starting the project, the client must first provide a 50% downpayment before starting while the other 50% is requested after the sketch is approved. If the client would like a refund before the work has started, then they may receive a full refund. If the work has already started, then depending on the progress of the piece they can only receive partial refund—a full refund after starting will not be permitted.I primarily use Paypal, but can also use CashApp.

By requesting a commission from me, you are fully accepting these terms of service.
